Welcome to Snowy's' Code of Conduct. In this forum, you will find rules that will help you indicate what you can and can not do at Snowy's. These rules were created to help make Snowy's a fun and family friendly place to all. We expect that all workers, customers, and guests abide by these rules. Please read through each and every one of these rules and fully comprehend what they mean. By breaking any of the following rules listed below, you are allowing an admin to kick, ban, or demote you.
• DRESS CODE
Here at Snowy's, we expect that everyone is dressed appropriately. This means that you must present yourself nicely. Please dress the way you would dress in real life. Some things that are not acceptable within Snowy's are to be ni-cked undergarment, clothing with foul language, inappropriate images, bypassed items, or anything that can be considered offensive to others. You should not be wearing any crazy packages whilst at any of Snowy's' places. That being said, all staff members should be wearing their uniforms when they're on duty. We expect everyone, including our customers and guests, to follow this rule
• BEHAVIOR
Everyone should be on their best behaviors at all times, especially our employees. We do not want to see any Disrespectful guys, foul language, inappropriate/offensive gestures, or insults being displayed at any of Snowy's' places. Writing/spamming rude and disrespectful things on the group wall are also forbidden. We advise that you do not do so as you will most likely be ejected from the group. That have been said, please refrain from getting into an argument with an MR or HR regarding your demotion. There was obviously a reason as to why you were demoted. Starting a fight will not get you anywhere. It will only slim your chances of getting a job at Snowy's again.
• GRAMMAR
All employees are to be using grammar at all times while they are at any Snowy's related places. We do not tolerate the use of improper grammar as we want Snowy's to remain a professional work-space. For those who do not understand the concept of grammar, simply put, it is how the structure of a sentence should be formed. Please do keep in mind that capitalizing the beginning of every word is not proper grammar. If you are caught using improper grammar, you will be issued a warning. If we see no improvement, you will be demoted without further warnings. To help people who are still confused, I've put together a few examples of what good grammar and bad grammar look like.
