In trainings, for our trainees purpose, please copy and paste these: Host: Hello, welcome to training, my name is (your name) and I will be your host for today! I advice you to listen to these rules for your chance of passing to raise. 1) Please don't go asking for a promotion, MR's and HR's are earned by hard work, availability and respect. 2) For the duration of the training, please always use grammar, failing to use grammar will result in a fail. 3) Always respect all ranks even lower ranks and set an example for them to follow. 4) Training isn't a serious thing, if you fail just try again! :D 5) Also, have fun, it's just a game. Co-Host: While the host is saying the rules, you should be naming staff to help. For each position there should be 1-3 trainers (depending on the amount of trainee(s)) and about 1-5 helpers (again depending on the amount of trainee(s)). Trainers and Helpers: Reception: As a receptionist, you need to give guests rooms. To give a guest a room, you simply click on the PC and a GUI will show up. Tell the guest the available rooms and give them there choice. Click Check in put there username then put the room number. To take away a room, do the same as checking in except you click Check out then the room number. There are different lanes each for different purposes. Blue lanes are standard rooms, white lanes are for suites and the gold lane is the fast lane. If someone in a lane other then the white lane asks for a suite, politely deny it by saying: Sorry (Sir or Ma'am) that is a suite, if you want a suite please but the game pass then go to the white lane. If someone in the white lane asks for a suit give them one. The gold lane is the fast lane, any guests in this lane should be served before standard or suite lanes. You should have a warming greeting to guests which should be along these lines: Hello, welcome to Marriott Hotels and Resorts my name is (your name) how may I help? Security: The security team need to protect the hotel from exploiters, trollers, admin abusers etc. If you see someone being rude give them 3 warnings. When you get to 3 call a HR (High Rank). If you see a hacker/exploiter screenshot it and send it to a HR. If there is one on the server or anyone with admin they will shutdown the server. If you see a admin abuser, tell them to stop immediately, if they don't stop, screenshot it and send it to a HR. As security, you will also get handcuffs. Please don't abuse them or we will have to remove them. If you get caught abusing you will be suspended. Housekeeping: Housekeeping need to make sure guests have nice clean rooms. If a guest calls you to clean their room, please don't hesitate. Remember you need to provide a good service. You should have a warming greeting to guests which should be along these lines: Hello, this is housekeeping how may I help? Room Service/Bar Tender: As this role, you need to serve guests food. Also, you need to answer the phone from guests asking for room service. You simply click on the food you want to give and click the hand to tool then find there username and click it.
