We have the point system to where it cannot be exploited or abused. I am going to explain what the point system is for, how you can get points, and how many points you'll need for a promotion. NOTICE: Only senior baristas and higher can get points. KEY: [I] - What the point system is for [II] - How you can get points [III] - How many points you'll need for a promotion [I] - What the point system is for The point system is self explanatory. With the point system, you can get promotions and a good reputation and even payments. The point system at Polar Pastries® is a way to see our best workers and how much they have put into their job. This will result in a promotion if you get enough. [II] - How you can get points To get points, all you need to do is work while an HR is in a server. (HR meaning a manager or higher.) Trying to show off how much you have worked or how good you can make drinks will decrease your chances of receiving points. If you work, you'll definitely get a few. [III] - How many points you'll need for a promotion Here is the fun part. With points, you can get promoted to certain ranks. This is our way of giving back to the people that care about our job here. Here is a simple list and it shows you can get the points for that position. (This list will contain all higher ranks than senior barista.) Moderators: (𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘣𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘺 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘴!) This position is obtained by being able to deal with trollers calmly, showing dedication to Polar Pastries®, and being trusted with power. Security Officers: (20 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘴) This position is obtained by achieving 20 points. To get those points, you must have skills to deal with trollers calmly and know our rules and guidelines. Head Security Officers: (45 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘴) This position is obtained by achieving 45 points. To get those points, you must have skills to deal with trollers calmly (but more force is needed in this position) and know our rules and guidelines 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 well. Managers: (80 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘴) This position is obtained by achieving 80 points. This is the highest position you can obtain. You must have the skills of a moderator, show hard work and be someone with a good reputation around the cafe. Once you reach this points, you will be on the list of HRs. You have shown what we as a community can do. Vice President and higher are only available to ONE person. If someone leaves that position or is fired, there will be interviews for managers to see who will best fit that position. That is all you need to know about the point system.
