i support this, but i think that if this happened then wouldn't there need to be different servers for people who speak different languages? i wouldn't want to play a game where i couldn't talk to anyone because they're all speaking portuguese (for example) and i speak english.
i think this would take a lot of time and effort on roblox's part and i think they're too focused on being an ameri-centric game too much for this to actually happen. |

You have to keep in mind that this idea will expand ROBLOX's audience, which can make the company earn more money. |
This idea should be real. |

Bumping this incredible idea. |
BUMP!
Support. This would draw more people over to ROBLOX. |
A vote-translate method could work too. |
That would be a better idea. |
Support. This would mean that everyone would understand each other. But no google translate. |
i really REALLY really would support this. |
Just hire some people from different countries that know English and have them translate everything.
Case closed. |

There is an article on that in this thread, section one, sub-section one, "Staff translation advantages and disadvantages." |

There are a lot of languages in the world, ROBLOX might start with the major ones and work their way down to the minor ones if it was up to staff translate. |
Maybe we'd only have about 100 or so languages by the time the translation project is done. We don't need every 7,000 language, and a few of them only have one or two speakers. |

I'll hand you a slice of support, not the whole thing though. I understand where you're coming from, and as someone who is not an American, I would appreciate some of my holidays too. But I won't ask for anything, mostly because the holidays we get are still okay, and offer quite a bit of things. |

@Flames
I think OP thought that if there were more events foreign holidays, they'd be taken advantage of to get prizes by people who want prizes. Plus, each event requires a sponsor. |

Games should also have a "community translate" button in their settings and pick what languages can be worked on. This would be off by default, but can be ###### ### |

but can be allowed to be used by the developer* |

Good idea, but execution could be messy.
