Hats- Hats are allowed as long as they coincide with the genre we are in.
Packages- There are absolutely no packages allowed, you are to use 1.0.
Faces- Faces of many kinds are permitted as long as they are serious and are not comical or stupid
Skin color- Skin colors may only be colors of real peoples skin, not anything like Blue, Green, red etc.
Note: All dress codes may be violated if given permission by the Kaiser
