I'm sure everyone who's been on ROBLOX for more than 5 hours knows about how comment sections on games are full of spam about free ROBUX. As a result, most developers disable the comment sections. This, however, prevents users from giving individual feedback on the game, especially if the developer has also disabled messaging.
If a feedback option is added, developers can receive messages from people who played their game(s) and want to help improve it(them). Also, to avoid *some* spam, feedback can only be given if the sender as played the game and has spent at least 30 minutes playing it overall.
Of course, developers can individually disable feedback if they feel that their game is complete.
