Welcome soldier, this is the official lawbook for the Core Security Forces, make sure to understand all of these laws correctly so in your near future in the CSF you are well prepared for situations.

OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON
I.I. Harassment
Any GRA who continually pesters, ridicules or threatens another GRA to the annoyance of said person will be guilty of an offense.
I.II. Assault
Any GRA who causes another GRA to apprehend immediate unlawful force will be guilty of an offense.
I.III. Battery
Any GRA that applies unlawful force or violence on another GRA will be guilty of an offense.
I.IV. Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH)
Any GRA who inflicts or causes grievous bodily harm unto another GRA will be guilty of an offense.
I.V. Manslaughter
Any GRA who kills another GRA without premeditation will be guilty of an offense.
I.VI. Murder, Second Degree
Any GRA who kills another GRA Citizen or low ranking member of the GRA Military will be guilty of an offense.

Regulation Rules:
Any GRA Personal not wearing Uniform especially when they have it and chose not to wear it shall be punished for (2) days maximum.
Killing a fellow member of any branch in the Military will result in a (4) day punishment plus demotion if the crime is repeated. If that killing continues, that member who committed the crime will be exiled without trial.
Any GRA Personnel who has failed to follow an order given by a Commanding Officer will result in a demotion and a suspension from all group activities that include celebrations, patrols, raids, etc.
Any GRA Personnel who harms a civilian without a legitimate reason or authorization from the Commanding Officer of the server will be subjected to punishment for (8) days maximum.
Any GRA Personnel attempting a start of a potential threat with fellow members against the High Ranking Officers will be killed and exiled.
Any GRA personnel to join a team other than GRA without permission is to be subjected to questioning, and after warnings, if continued punishment.

----CORE SECURITY FORCES----
ARTICLE I - POWERS OF THE CSF
CSF has the power to stop and interrogate any Republic visitor that is suspected of committing any unlawful acts
CSF has the power to detain any GRA personnel or visitor indefinitely if proven that said is a criminal.
CSF is immune from any Offenses against the Person offenses whilst in the course of their duty, this doesn’t extend to acts committed whilst conducting in any other duty.

Steps of handling situations: Military Personnel
(1) Remind them of rules and advise them politely to correct themselves.
(2) If escalates you may become more aggressive (This includes using weapon as a scare tactic... Pointing weapon at not firing)
(4) If they become violent (begin firing the weapon at you) you may shoot to kill and then report them for assault on CSF Officer.
If subject is an HR (HC/CC) do not engage if possible, just get to a clear distance
If the subject is a fellow CSF officer, do not engage if possible, issue a friendly reminder in private, if the situation escalates follow the steps of handling situations with Military Personnel.
General Laws:
One shall NOT kill his/her own team mate.
One shall NOT kill a civilian without a reason that is beyond legitimate
.
One shall NOT disrespect any higher ranking officer in their branch or any branch, EVEN members of the UNSC and ABOVE.
One shall NOT steal any items from any other branch, stay with your assigned bunker.
One shall NOT wear anything other than their assigned uniform.
One shall NOT question any order given to by a high ranking officer nor question their authority.
One shall NOT uniform raid.
One shall NOT steal any vehicles both land and air.
One shall NOT be in 2 legions of the GRA.

Situation Codes:
Code Green: Everything is okay, situation clear.
Code Blue: Civilian in the FOB, remove from the area#####C#d#####nge: Detainee attempting to escape.
Code Red: Situation is out of hand, Need immediate backup/reinforcements
Code Black: Officer Down.
