Hello fellow ROBLOX users, Recently I caught my 12 year old son playing some games that were less than age appropriate. As a father of 1, I'm not sure how to react, but I truly am against these violent games, especially one this violent. This message is mainly directed towards general managers that control what they allow members of their community to build. He was playing a game called, "Phantom Forces". This game has blood and gore, and very explicit death animations, that truly disgust me. My son asked for an Xbox this year, and I bought him one, because he promised that he would only play ROBLOX on it, because I despise violent games. I caught him playing that, and I asked him to stop and play ROBLOX, but what shocked me the most was when he said this was ROBLOX. These games portray violent behaviors that can put a huge effect on the mind's of our youth. He's been recently acting up ever since 3 weeks to a month ago, about how he wants more ROBLOX cards. He's been spending the cards to purchase ROBUX to buy more weapons and skins in Phantom Forces. He's now addicted and attached to it, and can't let it go. I've suspended him from playing any ROBLOX games without me being present, and I'll be moderating his account every day from now on. I'm calling for an end or a kids friendly section to ROBLOX, that parents can enable for their children. Please support this thread if you do believe as I do.

I forgot to add one thing. He's also been acting up and one day when I asked him to get off his xbox, he yelled at me and cursed! I've never seen him do that before. I quickly learned that he was learning these from the chats in the game he's been playing, phantom forces. I grabbed him by the collar and I gave him a hard smack, to imprint in his brain, to never do it again. Did I do the right thing? Let me know.

Supported My child too has fallen under the clutches of ROBLOX. He constantly begs me to buy him these ROBLOX cards. I hope you and I can discuss matters on how we can control our children for their future. and punish them like daddy did

I might file a lawsuit, ROBLOX markets their games to children and they are allowing this, I'm disgusted by this, either crack down on this or face consequences. -Alphaerix

Well, I suggest that there should be an age restriction in games.

^ Agree with above, age restriction on games would solve a lot of problems.
