To be a bit more specific since the question I put forth is a bit too general, I'm referring to structured groups with dedicated communities that are combat-oriented.

Not best at combat, more important I would say it's a clan that's experiencing growth, high activity, a fun community with many things for players to do and has a decent structured system to it.

Overall best clan, that's a hard one.
Well a clan that just started developing and is getting some "profit" out of it, in the sense they're recruiting members, new technology etc.
Clans like VAK, they've been pretty stable for the most part, though it had some really dark years. |

The Jedi Order

Grew by nearly 10 thousand members in recent months, have trainings mega-server large, constant flow of ~100 concurrent players at the recruitment center ongoing for weeks during prime time (after-school EST), innovated the sword, are currently top 50 in the 'top earning' section of games ahead of Polyguns and in the middle of 2 wars.

not sure most clans have recently stagnated, there's not one that's exploding through the roof
i'd throw in that fleetcom launched and is getting ~20 an event without a lick of serious organization, but that's fairly mediocre in terms of clans in general |

Recruitment runs
Active outside Roblox as well when it comes to other games.
Overall a good community and doing great for a 5+ year old clan.
