Sphere won't stay underground

Hello, I'm trying to make a sphere to be a shock wave for an explosion. The problem is, it always stays on top of the terrain. As it gets bigger, it goes up due to the mountains around it. COLLISIONS ARE OFF. Please help. angeld23's alt
