Well games don't have to allow your gear, they can disable player made gear. Also, I think that if it's BC only and costs a ton of money it won't have much abuse.

The ROBLOX team is already doing that. It's called the UGC. (User-generated catalog) You can have more freedoms like copying dominuses making the Roblox economy drop by millions of dollars.
