[UCR] End of an Era

2009-2017 A great President, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, said during a meeting to all of United Clan of ROBLOX: "Qui non proficit deficit"...He who does not progress, falls. In the years following, we’ve followed these words strongly, with pride, honor, and everlasting loyalty to the shield. I've suffered from a lack of motivation and drive in the past months and its become apparent that 'Flect' has little to no time to run UCR but remains adamant that he is able to find time to dedicate to the clan. I'm not going to sit here and blame Flect, I'm not going to blame anyone. I hope Flect does find more time and that UCR succeeds, I will never let my own ego get in the way of UCRs future. I don't say this in regret, in gloom, or even frustration. The opportunity to lead this clan and dedicate seven years to it has been a blessing. UCR has never given up on me, even after my wrongdoings and my rough patches I had. This clan will forever hold a place in my heart. The past few years have been a difficult period for UCR in terms of activity and our reputation in the clan world. What made UCR different is that we wouldn't rely on the thoughts of others, our community and our passion helped us move past the difficult periods. I'd like to thank everyone, regardless of rank and stature you've all played an important part in this group and I hope you continue to do so. Seven years in one group you tend to make a lot of enemies, but you also make friends who you create unforgettable memories with. I'm not going to dedicate shoutouts because everybody who either hated me or liked have taught me lessons. There wasn't a group like us, nobody was doing what we were doing. Talent can you get somewhere but hard work keeps you going. We became lazy overtime losing motivation for this group, I hope this resignation is a step in the right direction for myself and UCR. The United Clan of ROBLOX currently is undergoing a hibernation period due to Flect's inactivity, this isn't a fault of his own. We spoke recently and managed to get back on track until recently in which I've made attempts to contact him to no avail. Before this I was called out due to myself being 'incompatible' with the current high command and that I can't function or work with my peers, which is true in a sense. But this has never stopped me because I do what's best for UCR. I'm not blaming anyone for what's happened, but this should serve as a lesson. I've also heard comments about myself within the high command, attacks and jibes. It doesn't feel the same to me, how can my own family hate on me? all these thoughts in your head and nobody came to me, felt everybody changed on me. People started acted differently and when we became distant they put the blame on me. I felt more love from strangers. I hope that Flect is able to select a High Command that is able to work with eachother and support him aswell as UCR. I will never abandon UCR, I'm always here for the group when needed. As for now I'm resigning from my current position and I hope this spot can be filled by someone deserving and somebody that can do better than me. Message to UCR members past and present, If you asked me if I'd do all this again? in a heartbeat. This clan has been a roller-coaster and this is the end of the ride. No matter what state this group was in, I gave everything I could and in return you all gave everything back. I'm going to miss all of this. Don't let this resignation stop you from helping this clan, let this be motivation for you to work harder. People may disagree with my leading technique or render me a bad President. I'm here to have fun. Clans are deemed successful if the people within the community are enjoying the experience. Never ever forget this, we play this game to enjoy ourselves.
