-RK'ing is allowed in the Training Grounds.
-Game Leaders are expected to thoroughly know all rules. If they are incapable of remembering all rules, they must have all rules at their disposal in a separate tab when playing the game.
-Game Leaders are permitted to bypass enforcing specific rules if the player who broke a rule did so for a justified reason. Example, if a player kills an RK'er to avenge another player, do not punish that player. Game Leaders are only permitted to do this, however, if they have logged proof of the rule-breaker breaking the rules for that justified reason - never take a players' word for it.
-All players who are promoted to Game Leader get boosted to level 10k.
