Although left mostly untouched by the nuclear warheads, the U.S.S.R still suffered. Now, as a prewar faction, the RCSN must fight to redeem the honor it once had. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Laws of the RSCN ___________________ Inforced by NKVD _____________________ The laws of the RCSN are simple, but they in a large quantity and are to be followed strictly by every member of the RCSN. They go as followed; 1.)Threats and murders of fellow RCSN soldiers is strictly forbidden. 2.)All commands and orders given by a superior must be follow, and failing to do so, or denying to do so, is strictly against the laws. 3.)Punishments are to only be given out by officers and high ranks, if someone who is not either of these things hands out punishment, let them know it is against the rules. 4.)Loyalty to the RCSN is a crucial part of rebuilding our might Soviet Union, failure to stay loyal will result in extremely harsh punishment. 5.)As a communist nation, we believe that the resources of the group should be spread out evenly among the people. This means that if you have 2 of the same gun, then you should donate it to a fellow comrade. This applies for all resources. 6.)Officers can revoke you of anything you posses, including ranks and items. This must only be done under fair circumstances. 7.)Disrespecting a officer is a serious offence, and disrespecting a rank that is equal or less than you is also a felony. 8.)While in battle, you must always work with and protect your comrades, no going lone wolf, and if you do separate from the group, make sure it's with a officer's permission. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ranks The ranks of the RCSN military all hold different power, and are grouped into 4 categories; infantry, non commissioned officers, officers, and commanding officers. Each rank belongs to one of these 4 categories, which are sorted below. Enlisted: Conscript- First rank of the enlisted man. This is a soldier that has not been through proper training yet. This man can only be issued a Vermin, and a 10mm pistol. They cannot give orders to any rank. Punished- These are punished men who has wronged the state and is being temporarily punished. This man can not be issued a weapon and can not give orders to any rank. Private- Second rank of the enlisted man. He has received his uniform and is ready for the Mojave. This man can only be issued a Hunting rifle, Service Rifle, a crowbar and the guns above. They not give orders to any rank. Corporal- Third rank of the enlisted man. This man has been battle tested in the Mojave and proven himself/herself worthy. This man can keep weapons they find in the wasteland. This man can not give orders to any rank. NCO Junior Sergeant- The first rank of the NCO (Non Commissioned Officer). They have proven themselves worthy of giving basic orders. They can give orders to any enlisted man. Sergeant- The second rank of the NCO. They have shown they can lead men and are given the opportunity to lead more. They may lead Junior Sergeants and below. Senior Sergeant- This is the final rank of NCO. They have shown the potential to lead more men. They can give orders to Sergeant+. Warrant Officers- Senior NCOs that can take the Commissioned Officers test. Warrant Officer- This is the rank given to soldiers who have proved the potential to become an Officer. They must prove to Officers they know how to command men and execute orders when the time is right. They can command men like an officer, but only with a COs permission. Senior Warrant Officer- This is the final stage of Warrant Officer. They have been recognized by an Officer through their leadership and tactics in commanding soldiers. They must go through one more test to become a Commissioned Officer. They can command men like an officer, but with a COs permission. Commissioned Officers Lieutenant- This is the first rank of a Commissioned Officer (CO). They are in charge of all ranks below them and are in charge of giving orders to their men. Captain- This is the second rank of a CO. They are in charge of everyone Lieutenant and below. Major- This is the third rank of CO. They can command anyone Captain and below. Lieutenant Colonel- This is the fourth rank of a CO. They may command anyone Major and below. Colonel- This is the highest Co rank. They can command all COs and is in charge of all COs and below. Allies Allied Representative- This is an representative from an allied faction. Only with permission of a CO+, may you follow their orders/commands, but do respect them. Generals General- The General is one of the ranks in command of the State and all her operations. They can command anyone below them and command divisions. Marshal- This is the senior rank overlooking Divisions and all operations in the state. The only ones that overlook Marshals is the Premier. Premier- Our leader in charge of all of RCSN operations and overlooks every division. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Divisions in RCSN: *NOTE* Even if you are aligned with a division, you must listen to a higher rank in the RCSN if ordered to. Military- This is the main force of the RCSN. If you have not joined a division, you are in the military. NKVD- The NKVD is the "secret police" of RCSN. They protect the state from all harm. Whether it be traitors, those abusing power, or anyone who disobeys the rules above. They gather information about anything about the enemy. This varies from fortifications, patrols, unit size, anything involving enemy factions presence. They oversee the Spetsnaz, and VDV. If you wish to enlist in the GRU, Contact Marshal OctavianGrant. Spetsnaz- The Spetsnaz are the special forces of RSCN, overseen by GRU. They deal with the most dangerous, and covert operations. If a mission seems near impossible or situations seem hopeless, the Spetsnaz can turn that around in an instant. The Spetznaz are a highly selective unit, only accepting the best. Best way to become noticed is activity and decisive in combat. VDV- The VDV is a branch of GRU. They are more commonly known as the airborne units. They are the ones dropping into the most hottest landing zones. They are the first ones into the fight. They secure locations for the rest of the army to move up. They have the brightest minds in the RCSN. They are credited with making the finest structures with no ways in.
