I will try to make this department active if I get this rank, And I have been HR assistant chief in a few groups, And I know what this rank does.
I am qualified for this rank, I will be respectful and I will be mature if I get this rank, I will not free rank or abuse anyone, And if I see anyone I would suspend them.
I have been Assistant chief in groups. if I caught one of my members being disrespectful to a citizen I would tell them off and might suspend them if what they said was that bad.
