Interview sessions are for the purpose for hiring new staff who are willing to fulfil the cafe's goals. Interview sessions must only be hosted by HRs. MRs are allowed to participate. LRs are not allowed. Server will be locked when interview sessions begin. At least arrive 15 minutes before to ensure you get a place.
Before they begin, make sure a host and a co-host is chosen. Line up the interviewers as well in a neat line.
Interview Session Hosts - Follow these guidelines when hosting (make sure everyone is seated):
When you start the interview session you first announce on the :sm
:sm Hello everyone! We will now begin interviews which means I will now slock the server.
Then you slock the server like saying :slock to unslock the server simply say :unslock.
After you have slocked the server you then introduce your rules of the interview process you then state:
:m Hello everyone I will now introduce some rules of today's interview session.
:sm 1) No trolling while going through the interviewing process. 2) You will be timed 40 seconds for each question.
:sm 3) Use appropriate grammar and spelling if you do not you will be warned by the 3rd warning you will be failed and kicked.
:sm 4) Be respectful to your interviewer and cooperate if not you will be kicked.
:sm 5) Good Luck! Do your best.
After you have introduced your rules of the interviews you now must state:
:m Now the interviewers will introduce themeselves.
Interviews will then state their names and a motivational statement: E.g. Hello!My name is Rose and I will be interviewing some of you guys today. Do your best and good luck!
After all interviewers have introduced themselves you then state:
:m Now we will start with safechat test everyone please spam c7rn.
After you have did safechat test and everyone has been approved of safechat meaning hashtags didn't pop up when they said c7rn you may state this:
:m Alright, interview may you please start randomly choosing you interviewees.
Interview Questions [FOR INTERVIEWERS]-
1) Why do you want to work here?
2) Have you worked in any other similar places, (cafes/restaurants)?
3) What are some noteworthy characteristics about you?
4) How active are you? (scale of 1-10)
5) How good is your grammar? (scale of 1-10)
6) Will you listen to HR's and follow all rules?
7) Correct the following sentence, 'gimme @ cap of cofee'
