I'm not quite doctor, but I'm pretty sure if ya knee was dislocated, u couldn't walk on it.

if your knee is dislocated if you tried to stand on it you'd feel the bone out of place and not be able to stand with that leg

Extend your leg so that it's straight, if you hear a pop you'll know it was dislocated and if you hear nothing you're just making stuff up in your head.

A dislocated joint may be: 1. Accompanied by numbness or tingling at the joint or beyond it. 2. Very painful, especially if you try to use the joint or put weight on it. 3. Limited in movement. 4. Swollen or bruised. 5. Visibly out of place, discolored, or misshapen. -Google

Im guessing if it were dislocated you could just look at your knee and see if it was out of place? lmao.
