IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF TEL-AVIV; INJUNCTION CONSIDERING Israel Tal Whereas Prime Minister Israel Tal's powers were expanded by his own Cabinet to 'give’' him the powers to issue executive orders constituting laws. Whereas by Basic Law: The Government, Section 4, the Government is collectively responsible to the Knesset, Whereas nowhere in Basic Law: The Government does it say that the Ministerial Cabinet may vote to pass such act, Whereas in Basic Law: The Government, Section 14, it clearly states “ to comply with the decisions of the Knesset” which means the Prime Minister swore an oath to follow their decisions (interpreted as laws which were passed) Whereas this is blatantly and disrespectful towards the Basic Law: The Government and the Basic Law: The Knesset IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, Prime Minister Israel Tal’s executive order power is hereby repealed and he shall no longer attempt to exercise such power.
