As being a Staff Crew in Air Australia, you agree to follow all of the rules and regulations below. If we found you not following the rules. We'll give you a warning unless you have any special reasons.
-[1]- You can only do the job you were trained for unless you are asked by an HR to do a different one.
-[2]- Asking for admin will result in a warning, come at the time you were told on the shout. If you are late, you may be excluded from the flight. At international airports, we will have a Staff Room. And so you should arrive at the time you are told, and wait for an HR to teleport you to the Staff Room.
-[3]- Teleporting to the aircraft when it is taxiing, taking off, climbing, descending, landing is strictly prohibited. The only time you are allowed to teleport to the aircraft is when it's parked, cruising, or anchored. (It is recommended you view before teleporting.)
-[4]- Be respectful to ANYONE, including people who troll, annoys you, be rude to you. Do not argue with anyone, it makes the problem even worse, and it may end up like a disaster. If you have any problems, you should call an HR and tell him to help you.
-[5]- By being a staff member of Air Australia you agree that this will be your primary airline and all commitments will be fulfilled before you attend any other airline commitments. This includes Flights, Meetings, and events hosted by the airline. If you are found to be uncommitted you will be subject to loosing your job. (This is excluded if you have a proper reason.)
-[6]- Leaving mid-flight is prohibited at all times if you are a Flight Crew (Captain & First Officer) if you are Ground Crew, Security, Cabin Crew, etc. You are allowed, but we recommend you do not unless you have to go somewhere else urgently. If you cannot attend the whole flight, do not be a Staff Member. We will not give you a warning if you got a proper reason.
-[7]- Tarnishing the airline's reputation is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

To remain a staff member at Air Australia you must follow these rules and uphold the values of a good worker. You must be loyal and committed to the job if you break any of these rules you are subject to a demotion of exile.
You may also be monitored outside of Air Australia games so ensure you are not Devaluing the Air Australia name.
