Section One: Rules
These are the rules that you are expected to follow, if you decide to break a rule that'll be a warning. Do it again, you'll be exiled.
1. Respect both those below and higher than you. Disrespect will not be tolerated.
2. If an HR gives you an order, you're expected to follow it. Do not question orders unless the order is corrupt, an abuse of power, or just plain stupid.
3. Do not kill/fight with another member. If you have a problem with someone, just keep it to yourself. If they start attacking you report it to an HR with evidence.
4. Be relatively active, being inactive for extended amounts of time may get you demoted. Some acceptions are made to this rule. (Ex. school )
5. In the discord, please do not spam or you'll be warned, then kicked from our discord.
6. If you get killed by another player ingame, do not go crying in the discord and spraying us with your salt. Suck it up and get better. We don't wanna hear any of it.
7. Keep maturity at a decent level while ingame and in a discord so people won't get to annoyed.
8. Free ranking is not allowed. New members are to be promoted based on their skill and leadership capabilities.

Section Two: Basic Ways to Rank Up
This guide will show you some basic ways to rank up in the group.
1. Be active. Coming to events and showing you're active may get you a promotion. If you're gonna be inactive for a while, please notify a HR.
2. Be helpful to other members. If a new member was confused about something and ask you for help, you do not turn away and simply ignore them. Try to help them.
3. Show respect to everyone. Even those who are not in the group unless they act nasty to you. If they do, bash their skull in.
Those are SOME ways to rank up.

Section Three: Permissions
In this guide, it will explain each ranks power and what it does. But also it explains what the rank it can and cannot do.
Enlistee - Sentinel:
They have no administrator powers in the group and cannot command anyone. They follow orders from the HRs and fight for Talon Company.
Prime Sentinel:
They have some administrator powers in the group and can command ranks lower than it if no HRs are currently present.
Executioner:
They may command those below them if no higher ranks HRs are present. Has some administrative powers within the group.
Inner Circle:
These people are some of the most trusted people in the group. They may command those below them. Has some administrative powers.
Grand Marshal:
May command those below them. Has administrative powers in the group. Usually chosen by their leadership and skills.
Grand Commandant:
May command those below them. Has administrative powers in the group. Usually chosen by their leadership and skills.
Grand Admiral
May command those below them. Has administrative powers in the group. Usually chosen by their leadership and skills.
Grand General: Has full administrative powers in the group. May command everyone. Is the owner of the group. May demote and promote at anytime.
