Hey Docklands, hows it going? Some might know me, but some might not. Let me introduce myself. My name is WilsonEpic21. I was in the government department of Rockport. And now I'm here in Docklands! So sit back and enjoy while I explain why I'm the person you're looking for to become the next HoR.

[REASON]
First, of, to begin with, some people are just asking what is a House Of Representative? A House Of Representative is responsible for approving bills that affect Docklands. That's a simple definition. Why might I want to be one not because, for fame, power, or the rank. I'm interested in politics so I want to help Docklands by being an active, mature, and responsible HoR. I want Dockland's Citizens voices to be heard! I want your suggestions and your thoughts! Nothing is the wrong answer when I take thoughts. I'd like to improve the city, with better things and attract more tourists to cities!

The dealer weapons price should be increased. Too many citizens are retrieving weapons which aren't a good sign. Decreasing the price will increase the difficulty of having an illegal weapon in hand. Fewer weapons = less crime. We can't remove it tho. What's the point of DPD with no crimes?
