The tags are to stop bad words, I get it. But kids use the words they should say and it is tagged! Do you want us to say no words in total?!

If making a flawless filter is that easy of a process, get on it and prove it. They're doing what they can. Making things takes time, as does fixing them.

What I want to know, is why do they not respond to us or say they are fixing it? And why did they make normal words be tagged anyway?

They didn't censor normal words. The system doesn't censor just words. It censors things that may be inappropriate or offensive based on phrases too. The system is more strict for members 12 and under, as more protection is required for them. It's a system that has to receive changes as time goes. It will probably never be "complete." As for way they don't "respond to us," they don't have to. They're working on it and never said they weren't.
