-Clans in tiers are considered equals, so placing within the tier doesnt matter (usually they're in the order I typed them in)
-Made a indev clan list at the end, indev clans arent ranked since you can't rank them
-If a clan has prove nothing/not too much I gave a conservative (Guess), these are usually underestimating but might overestimate as well. These are based on member quality and how their raids went indev.
-Indev clans will be ranked by 'potential' this will be very controversial but I judge 'potential' based on who leads the clan, how the tech is going etc etc

VE is actually doing pretty decent at the moment and we're still in that Tier..

VE has some activity but not an amazing amount, was in it recently on an alt. Got like around 15-20 per training and the member's skill def. didn't make up for it
tech and stuff are getting better tho |
