I think both sides can respectfully say those were by far the easiest negotiations any of our clans have ever been part of. In response to the concerns TRA brought up in their war statement: When you brought up solid proof of gard1bad lagswitching, you knew I expressed immediate disappointment at the sight of it. I exiled gard1bad from JCPO and JC IMMEDIATELY. When you told me you had more proof of lagswitchers, I asked for the names of members who you thought might have #### even if you could not exactly prove it. My intent in asking for names was so I could keep a close eye on them and make sure this did not repeat itself. You cannot say we did not deal with gard1bad. JC is free to join without any approval required. Conscript is our first rank, Private is our second rank. Our high ranks, myself included, always promote Conscripts who do NOT look like ALTS to Private. It is very likely that a high rank who was promoting Conscripts to Private overlooked this and promoted him to private without any thought. I do not blame them. I did not announce gard1bad's removal to the HRs (minus the HICOM) because it had not occurred me that he would try to rejoin JC. I apologize for that, but you cannot say we did not cooperate with you to solve this lagswitching problem. In fact, the JC HICOM has been anything but cooperative with you considering the fact we literally gave in to nearly EVERY SINGLE DEMAND you guys requested from Fort Fang. The only two demands that were not met was the defender/raider ratio that you guys wanted changed from 8v16 to 7v15, and the raider limit script. As for the issue with admins not effectively moderating the servers: The same argument applies to you. An agreement was made last night requiring all raids/defenses to begin with an 8v16. When we raided Leviathan today, that agreement was not honored when Hacted made a decision to IGNORE us both IN GAME and on TEAMSPEAK. NiteOwlFac attempted to reach out to Hacted on TRA's TS3 during a raid because they said his chat wasn't working. Nite was kicked from the server. We carried on and steamrolled 9-0. ☰ Agreement: e1xvqc (prnt) The original intent of agreeing to banning ALL cliff access (which we later agreed the cliffs above terminal building would be permitted) was to prevent campers sitting up top and spawn trapping JC. Lighter grey was banned, darker grey was not. However, when TRA camped up on the darker grey, there was no logical way JC could fly over there without being shot to death mid-flight. That is why defenders jumped down because they had no other choice but to die. If they had camped the mountains, they would have been kicked. Why NiteOwlFac did not kick the defender who was clearly CAMPING on the mountains is a fault I accept. I hope TRA can accept the fault of Hacted's behavior from today and call it even on this matter. I find it difficult to believe that these two minor offenses were enough to cause this war to end so quickly. I fear the problem goes much deeper in TRA's internal affairs and I wish TRA the utmost luck in overcoming it. Thank you for this war. Thank you for the fight you put up.
