How do you think us High ranks should be able to select co-hosts for DPD to make it all fair, I would like detail and clear suggestions please, I am wanting to make our HR's and myself as fair as possible in trainings.
★Second question★
Do you believe the discipline we hand out to abusers/ officers that misconduct, fair enough? or should we find a new solution or method?
★Third question★
Do you believe there is a way that DPD HR's can improve for us to give the best experience and education you require?
Thank you for reading this, if you would like to answer a question use the format "Q1 A: (answer)"

1) You should do FFA in the team area, which I've seen most of the HRs start do.
2) Yes, it works good.
3) Yes, learn our officers the miranda rights and make them read it everytime they arrest someone.

★Q1★ First off I would say that other HR's shouldn't co-host. Because any HR can host when ever he/she wants, but a commander cant. Next I would say that the HR/Trainer should first ask the commanders if any of them are on a mobile because if you are a mobile you cant FFA. Then the HR/Trainer should tell them to FFA with :all.
★Q2★ It is fair enough.
★Q3★ How to use all of the weapons, coades and do a hostage situation. |

Q1 A: Picking co-hosts should not be about choosing different people every time, making it 'fair' or picking a random person. The host should, if they want one, pick a co-host they like to work with who can contribute to the training in a way that is beneficial to the host as well as the trainees. There is no use at all in choosing a random person who doesn't have a clue what to do. Likewise there is no point in choosing the most skilled fighter as a co-host, leadership and combat abilities are two completely unrelated skills.
Q2 A: The discipline that is handed out is fine. The problem is with actually handing the discipline out. It has happened multiple times where I send multiple AC+'s an abuse report with the necessary evidence but it is either not replied to or I get a "Thanks for reporting this, I'll take care of it." and nothing happens.
Q3 A: Yes, start by actually educating the officers. Teach them tactics instead of just making them shoot each other. Teach them how to perform a legal arrest instead of killing a criminal. Make sure they are aware of the basic laws in the State of Docklands. Teach them skills that are actually relevant to what they are supposed to do, for instance radio communication or judging a situation instead of parkour and running to a coloured floor tile.

First question: Team them all and say field random of that team that way it is luck rather than favoritism.
Second question: No they are not long enough to be worth it. A week suspension does nothing. Lengthy may and blacklists would.
Last question: Make them learn the laws constitutions and checking officers know where the rights are. This needs to happen so people know the laws and don't arrest for random things.

Question one: winner of faces cause it is like who will listen to the trainer faster. Question two: this is good for now. Question three: stop favoritism, if they try to be nice to you, it's probably because they want the position and no more strict training. the only reason we join this group because we want a fun and awesome experience, we don't want to be treated bad and listen to you guys go on and on about codes. |

I like how you took the effort to make it; You're a great HR and great for the future of Docklands Police Department. |

Q1: Probably do FFA (by skill) or doing a QUICK quiz with time limits. One example is: What are the Miranda Rights? (let them recite them out loud, whoever finishes first gets co-host)
Q2: I believe that the discipline we give out is fair. Maybe we would need a new solution, but for now, I don't know.
Q3: Yes, help the officer recite the Miranda Rights, recite the Bill of Rights, etc. We would want the officers to practice on Defensive Tactics, Shooting Range, Traffic Stop, and a new variation of teams. I would like a newer, more police-like teams activity.

Q1: I suggest a vote. So people could pick who they want and no noob or inexperienced co-hosts. Some MR Commanders don't know how to use commands. And why do people want FFA to pick co-hosts? This is unfair to people who don't have skills as much as you do. Voting is fair, As people could pick experienced co-hosts that doesn't include skill.
Q2: Yes I do think its fair, As they will learn their lesson. Doing nothing will just let them continue their nonsense.
Q3: Yes. Officers who walk up to stage to get out from STS should be kicked, as they were mentally ordered to stay in STS, so that they will learn their lesson. You need to teach them how to arrest people, How to shoot properly with FPS, No abuse of tools. Some people doesn't know how to arrest people in Harford, Will we just let this criminals escape? And the abuse of tools, HR's should suspend people if they abuse, So they will never do it again and learn their lesson.
