NOTE: HR is C-1+. I will personally choose the O- Ranks and promote them. E-3+ can send Applications.
There are many HR positions to be filled. For now, I will have one in each. The highest HR Ranks will be given to those who have impressed me the most. I will be strict so if you are inactive, or not a good HR, you will be demoted. After I have chosen my HRs, I will have a HR to go over what I expect.
YOU MUST BE E-3+. PLEASE STATE RANK.

If you are E-3+, You will have as much chance as getting the rank than an O-2. |
