What are some good place to recruit

apparently I have no life again and that makes it easy to personally recruit again I used to recruit a ton at SFOH when i lead a sword clan and a bit as auto duels when I helped run one (didnt lead when auto duels was a thing) now I lead a gun clan ofc and Hex and PF doesn't seem like effective places to recruit because of the TDM format and a ton of people cant talk so uhh where to recruit?

Not recruitment specific places Just places where people might be receptive to joining a clan
