Level Applications:
Send L-0 and L-1 applications to an L-4.
Send L-2 and L-3 applications to an L-5.
** Your application will most likely get ignored if you send it to an O5+
*You must wait 12 hours per application. If you haven't been accepted yet or told you failed, fix your app and send it to someone else of the same rank.*
**NOTE: YOU CANNOT SKIP LEVELS (ie. Class-D to L-2).
