Black Tide Rising is looking for an active perm enemy (RP)

We're looking for an enemy that is active, and is willing to do something similar to what the Jedi and Sith groups do. The two leaders will team up, allowing the player to pick between the rebels, and the imperials. BTR will be the rebels "Black Tide Rising". We will be looking for a "regime"or "empire" to permanently enemy. We'd have roleplay events, etc. This would keep both groups extremely active, and we could possibly even jump each other's activity up 100%. "As the Tide rises, so shall we."

Excuse me? Also, this isn't entirely RP. It's much more than that. It's a specific enemy, preferably a superclan. This allows consistent raids, which we love. "As the Tide rises, so shall we."
