This Guide will give you all the information on how to represent a Head Barista. In this guide, you will learn about what to do and what not to do. After, you read this you might want to go to the cafe for a possible promotion. REMEMBER! When you do become a Head Barista you are not allowed to attend anymore trainings. Your focus will be getting promoted to a MR. The only ranks who can do that is chairman,vice-chairman,president, and vice president. No other HRs/ MRs.
♦ What To Do ♦
First of all, you MUST use grammar at all Krispy Kreme related places. Failing to use grammar will result in a lower chance of not getting promoted.. Also, when we see you at the cafe we want to see you working,answering questions,concerns,or comments,and helping. If there is a Barista who needs help, we want to see you helping that Barista. Finally, we want to see you active, if you are not active you will not get the job. It is better to be online every day than be online all day then not be online for the next week.
♦ What Not To Do ♦
We do NOT want to see you following HRs around. We do NOT want to see you lacking grammar, swearing, trolling and making fun out of others. Also, you could be in the cafe every day but never work behind the counter if you do that you will not get the job.
