Please follow the system.

-Cursing
-Shouting (full caps)
-Trolling (minor ex. ordering something not from the menu.)
-Rude
-Spamming
-Excessive Arguing
Minor ~> If someone are doing the listed things that means you have to give them a warning. If (s)he keeps on repeating it, you need to kick her/him or if you're a MR, you will have to contact a HR.

-Exploiting
-Racism
-Harassing
-Admin Abuse
Major ~> If someone is doing the listed things, you will have to ban him/her. If he is constantly repeating it, with alts, pban him/her.
TIP: Some alts are made at the exact same day ( his/her age is 0). If you see someone with the age 0 it might mean that (s)he is an alt.
