I don't mind strict clans. NF has fun sometimes and we try to be strict when needed.

I've seen plenty of clans that succeed at being mature and strict while also being able to have a fun community for the younger members. |

the fact that you even responded to my dumb message is in-of-itself revealing

The perfect level of strictness is simply keeping your members in control. Of course you don't want them running around like 7 year olds on a playground, but banning faces is unnecessarily edgy. |
