Allocation of Ram?

I realize this game is on a 32-Bit platform so 4GB should be the limit, however im running 32 on my 64Bit system and am only getting 400MB of ram useable by Roblox. This causes very laggy gaming and id like to know if this is normal?

What specs does your pc have? (Cpu, Amount of ram, Gpu) I figure that maybe you don't have enough ram since on my system with 8 gigabytes of ram, i usually get around 1 gb of allocation although that still is not really as much as i would want.
