This guide will help you if you are a interviewer, interviewee, and manager. We suggest you read if you are one of those three ranks.
*Interview Rules*
(1) Grammar is required inside and out of interviews. If you do not use grammar, you will fail your interview.
(2) Please respect all staff and fellow interviewees. We will not stand against disrespect and you will be kicked from the server.
(3) You have 1min to answer each question. Exceeding this time will mean failure.
(4) You MUST stay in your seats until you are teleported into a office by a interviewer or manager. If you are not seated while waiting to be interviewed you will be kicked from the server.
(5) And please don't go AFK during interviews because if you do we will have to kick you.
(6) If you have safe chat on you won't be able to work here.
*Interview Questions*
[1] Why do you want to work at Rich Gardens Cafe?
[2] What other companies do you work with that are similar to Rich Gardens Cafe?
[3] What will you do that will benefit Rich Gardens Cafe?
[4] Please correct the following sentence. "i cme 2 dis interfew so i cn wrk at rgc"
[5] What characteristics do you posses?
[6] If you were working behind the counter and somebody comes up and says " GIVE ME BLEACH OR I KILL YOU!!!!!". What will you do with that person?
[7] Do you have any comments questions concerns?
*Interview Procedures*
Manager
1) When there is a total amount of interviewees and interviewers you shlock the server and introduce yourself (example: Hello! My name is FrizzyBizzy592 and welcome to 12:00pm EST/5:00pm GMT interviews. Before we start we are going to go over some rules and then the interviewers will introduce themselves.).
2) Once all the interviewers introduced themselves you will you :m to say "Lets get started.".
3) After everyone has been interviewed you unlock the server and leave.
Interviewers
1) After the rules shown you will introduce yourself doing :m (example: Hello everyone! My name is LoveYourStyle286 and I am a member of the interview team.)
2) Once all the interviewers introduced themselves and Manager said start, you go around and use :view to view people and to see how long the have been in the club. If they have been in the club for more then 10 days you will say this "Sorry you have not been in the club for more then 10 days, please come back in 3 days.". After you say that you have to kick them from the server.
3) Once you have viewed most of the people you go to random places and ask people to say "c7rn". If it comes shows as hashtags you must tell them that they cannot work here because they have safe chat.
4) After you told people to say "c7rn" you'll go into a empty office and teleport two interviewees into a office and ask the the question above.
5) After you have said all the answers you tell them if they passes or not. If they did pass you kick them and rank them if they didn't pass you kick them.
(Pass example: Congratulations you passed! You will be ranked now.)
(Didn't pass example: I am sorry but you didn't pass. Your answers were not specific enough so I have to kick you from the server, but you are welcome to attend the next interview.)
6) After you have kicked the people you have just interviewed. You will teleport the next two people and do the interview them.
*Interview Tips*
[1] Judge responses based on these factors: response time, grammar usage, and the relevance of the answer.
[2] Safe Chatters cannot pass.
[3] People can correct themselves if they make a grammar/spelling mistake and not be penalized for it. If they don’t correct themselves, then they are penalized. Generally, you want to fail them after two uncorrected mistakes.
