Welcome to the Medical Department
"The Foundation's Medical Department is responsible for keeping employees in good health. Due to the nature of Foundation work, medics often encounter difficult to treat and highly unusual instances of wounds, trauma, infections, and disorders. Because of this, the MD adheres to exceptionally high personnel standards. Some Foundation medics specialize in secondary areas of treatment expertise such as memetic influences, psychological trauma, and so on."

Section 1 "Rules and Consequence"
1. Respect your High Ranks
2. Check ups ALWAYS require either a security member or a Mobile Task Force member.
3. At least ONE SD must be present during testing.
4. There can be only ONE observer for each check up.
5. Do not terminate Class-D after check up.
6. If a security must go mid way through a test you are not allowed to proceed with the test and must either get another member of security to escort the class-D back to their cell or terminate the class-D if security is not available.
7. Abusing your tools is not allowed.
If medical rules are broken they must be reported to the co-director or the director for immediate consideration of removal from the medical department, we do not tolerate anything but the best.

Section 2 "Checkup Procedure"
Structure of Test
Memory Test; Before a test begins give the Class-D a word or a phrase to remember and recall at the end to see if they remember. (Examples; "47" "Apple")
Medical Questions; Ask the Class-D some questions commonly used in medical checkups (Examples; How are you feeling at the moment?, Have you felt sick in the past week/month?, Have you been tested on any SCPs?)
Psychological Questions; Ask the Class-D some questions related to psychology to gain a good understanding of their feelings and emotions. (Examples; Do you like yourself?, How often do you feel stressed?, What do you do to relieve your stress?)
Physical Test; Get the Class-D to perform simple but physically demanding tests (Examples; running, jumping,)
Recall "Memory Test" at this point then take the Class-D back to his cell.
Report Template; (ALWAYS use this after a test and post on medical group)

Section 3: Field Medicine Program
Medical Doctors who are in the Security Division may request tryouts for a place in the field medicine program. The field medicine program consists of a select few medical doctors trained in combat and work with both the medical and security department, this program is currently in its early stages but it can be a change from regular security work, contact the medical director for further information
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section 4: Training
Trainings held either by the Assistant Director or Director consist of three elements, Discipline, Knowledge and Procedures.
Discipline: Nurses who wish to advance to doctor must complete disciplinary training involving testing whether or not they have read the guideline and memorized it and their use of grammar. Exercises include asking true or false questions relating to the rules or grammar testing exercises such as grammar jacks, correct the spelling etc.
Knowledge: This sections emphasizes the previous section with direct true or false questions not limited to the rules but in general (i.e Proper Procedures, Ranks, Their Role.)
Procedures: Involves training of the correct methods when a checkup is given this will involve a breakdown of the medical questions asked during a test with a nurse or doctor being the "Patient" in this scenario.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section 5: Ranks
Applicant: Starter Rank has no power or place in the medical department until he/she applies and is accepted for a higher rank.
Nurse: First medical rank often viewed as the trainee rank as nurses may or may not already be trained they are limited to checkups with the supervision of a Doctor+
Doctor: Second medical rank and seen as the fully trained medical role, these are trained doctors trusted by the medical department they may do a checkup without supervision and test on SCPs with the Assistant Director+ permission.
Anesthesiologist: Certified professionals trained in the art of medicine, these personnel are labeled dangerous in a fighting scenario. These medical staff wield syringes filled with anesthesia, mixed with other chemicals to create a dangerous weapon against the enemy. Personnel of this rank have been chosen from the rank of Doctor and are permitted to run checkups, and may test SCPs freely, given at the list in section 6 of this document.
Assistant Director: In charge of all low ranks, can run checkups, test SCPs without permission and can host regular training sessions
Director: All the above and has full control over the medical department.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section 6: SCP testing
Many see the medical department as people who only checkup on Class-D and personnel this is far from the case as the medical department are required for specific SCPs that have high risk side effects.
As of now the only ones allowed to be tested on are
SCP-008 2 SD Maximum 1 CD
SCP-409 2 SD maximum 2 CD
SCP-999 1 SD Maximum 1 CD
SCP-131 2 SD Maximum 2 CD
