Okay, so my problem is that whenever I play a ROBLOX game, I get the loading screen, then it tells me to download ROBLOX, even though I have downloaded the client, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, etc etc. It will not let me play a game; it is stuck on the loading screen. I have absolutely no clue what is going on, whether it's because of an update or a bug, or what I can do to try and fix it, but I came here because it's getting to a point where there is nothing I can do about it. Does anyone else have the same issue, and does anyone have a solution to it? It would be much appreciated.

Maybe you should try deleting some stuff, or maybe it's something with your hardware.

@fern I don't think it's my stuff, since I have a ton of space and I don't think it interferes with ROBLOX, but it could be the hardware. I don't think so tbh.

If you're on Windows, check DXDIAG and tell me the specs you have it might not be compatible

I think you've got a pretty solid machine, so it's not a problem with your hardware. Check to see if your computer is blocking roblox from accessing something. Once my antivirus falsely blocked a Roblox owned url, and the games wouldn't load.

It doesn't say it's blocked by any antivirus software. I'm not really sure what to say, but if it helps, this stopped working AFTER ROBLOX updated my client. I just figured that out.

Ah, that might be the problem. If you can somehow get a hold of Roblox support they may be able to help. I don't know what to do here.
