At this point, it's worse than Steam. Than Steam. That's an impressive award. Each reply is a copypasted reply that doesn't answer or resolve any issues or problems. Further more, the one time that I did need help I got from one of the mods on the forums. The people at Customer Service did nothing. They gave me the generic handbook when the answer in my problem wasn't in any handbook.
Trust me, I work in retail. I know what it's like to deal with people, but the key thing is that when I deal with people I give them my best regardless of who they are. |

Most companies have an automated response system, someone usually reviews the problem after hand, but they are obligated to give the responses they give.
if you don't agree you can call in and have someone address your problems.

That's an excellent idea, only one problem: No one reviews the problem after hand. And if they do, they do it very badly. Customer service should be like Origin. I don't necessarily like Origin itself, but its customer service is amazing. |

Of course they review the problem.
Read the first automated response they send you.
after they review, they send another message, if you aren't satisfied you can exchange emails with that person using your case number.

You've clearly never had the experience I and many others had. It's so easy for you to say it when you've probably never actually had to went through it. I have no problems as of now, but when I did what YOU said I tried. And nothing worked. Stop defending them like they are saints. If one person says they're bad, there is roof for skepticism. If multiple people say they're bad, which is about 70% of the entire community, then you probably should look into it. |

With customer service, you should be able to talk to another person, not a bot. So many times I got a botted response. If you honestly think that they are doing their job correctly, you're very clearly wrong. |

I've had many experiences with roblox support... For the most part its pretty helpful. I have a nissue they give me the robot for a few message exchanges then they release the problem isn't so generic and a Rep. will speak to me. Its all about patients. |

"talking about them like they're saints"
I'm simply explaining how the procedure works.
"70% of the community"
making up statistics, nice
Like I said, the first response is automated, but the second one is an actual person attempting to help you with your problem. You can exchange emails with said person using your case number. If you're not satisfied, you can try PMing a mod through roblox or calling into roblox personally.
When I have a question, I usually message slingshotjunkie as he's very keen to reply to his messages and help people out.

I've spoken with support a ton of times, and their system is pretty good imo. They reply once with a confirmation that it sent, and then a moderator will review and reply. If their reply seems bot-like, its usually cause they've gotten the same ##### from hundreds of people and already have a copy pasted way to reply to it. |

ROBLOX Customer Support is really good compared to many other large games out there. |
