Being one of the good rated coffee groups on ROBLOX, we need to ensure customers that we give them only our best service. All rules listed below will ensure you do just that, and should always be followed!

Dress Code:
Our staff should be dressed in a decent matter. We want a positive and professional look towards customers and other groups when they visit the cafe. This does not mean a dress or suit but you shouldn't be wearing anything crazy at any of the Latté places.
Behavior:
We want all of our staff members to be mature when on the cafe. We do not want to see you lacking grammar, yelling/screaming at customers, making vulgar jokes or speak of vulgarity in your conversations, treating people with no respect, insulting anyone, trolling, or gossiping about anyone. Outside of the Latté places you should make sure you don't troll and or gossip about your fellow staff members.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for your own actions. Such as attending training/interviews, hosting these sessions if you are in a position of which you can, working behind the counter, supervising the cafe, etc. Doing anything other than this is questionable and could lead to trouble.
Promotions:
Workers are always in question of promotions. Whether it’s on how to get them or why someone else got them. Asking for a promotion just because you feel you have done enough to obtain this rank does not mean we feel you deserve it nor does it mean we’ll give it to you. Asking for promotions hurts your chances of being promoted by a lot and should never be done. Asking if there are spots open shows you will only work when there is a chance of an SB being promoted and that you won’t work as hard if there isn’t a spot open. An MR asking for a promotion or complaining about someone else being promoted is as well hurting your chances a lot and can even lead to you being demoted if you continue for long enough in doing so. You have the right to have your opinion but should not blatantly express it as this is presenting you immaturely.
Miscellaneous:
Admin abuse is not tolerated with any of our MR or HR staff members. Be diligent when using admin commands as using a wrong command can result in demotion or a warning depending on the level of harm it has caused. Use admin to only protect the cafe and people, not for your own enjoyment.
