no, i disagree for multiple reasons.
first, itll b impossible to enforce. second, it doesnt show anything about a false arrest. plus a citizen can just claim it was a false arrest, but if it actually was a false arrest you'd be putting a citizens life in danger. but on the contrary, if a hardened criminal said that it was a false arrest he could easily access a gun and simply start shooting at everyone.
basically you're stating they need mandatory probation after getting arrests, but how the heck are you gonna enforce this? im sorry but itd be useless to enact this, itll be like the rest of the open carry laws, hard to enforce and overall wont lower the crime rate any. |
