Members of Vanguard Federation, I am eager to announce that as of Saturday February 4th at 12:00 PM CST, we will begin a recruiting spree. New recruits will give us new opportunities, more frequent activities, and, above all, more companions for VF. Rules for recruitment: -NO ALTS. It may seem nice for the member count to just place an alt in VF, but this account won't be used, and is a falsehood to be in VF. It is not an actual member, simply a shell within the group. -Write down their names of your recruit every time you recruit them, and PM them to Moonball or Valorful (I'll be tallying everyone up and we don't need to drown sir in PMs, but you can certainly contact him, as he is your commander) -You have to properly recruit them. Show them the guide, tell them about the uniform, and, if you can, get them to write a message on the wall saying that you recruited them. At the end of all this, I'll give everyone the appropriate VP per recruit. Enlists recruited and properly settled in on your own = 5 VP each. The officers will also host mass recruitments at least once per day, and recruits properly settled in that way, completely on your own (so not sending them off to Moon or Valor) = up to 10 VP each. We're going to aim for the goal of 400 members by February 12th at 6:00 PM CST. That may seem like a lot, but recruiting every single day, I've no doubt we'll make it in a little over a week. Tips for recruitment: -Even when recruiting on your own, if you take a friend or two with, seeing a group of people recruiting can compell members to join more than one solo recruiter. -Be friendly and respectful, and avoid small talk with friends. It can make you seem unprofessional to recruitees. -Most questions they ask about can be found either on the group page or the guide. Use your resources, and if you don't know something (AKA questions like "When are you going to war" or "When are Spectre Forces tryouts") simply tell them that it would be a question to ask an officer. We'll likely have a party and prepare for a war when this is done, so look forward to it and be ready! If you have any further questions, comments, or concerns, please ask sir or I. Thank you! -Vanguard Federation HCOM
