Dear Assistant Chief Difined_Person,
It is a Pleasure being in the Docklands Police force. I have enjoyed my journey as a Commander, and very well appreciate the support from the HR’s to help me move on. I have learned many things during this past month. Overall, I feel that I would be a great candidate HR for Docklands in many ways. For instance, I know what Officers need to work on, and what parts they struggle on. As a HR, I promise to make changes, and help the officers becoming better. In addition, as a HR, I would interact with the Officers, and tell them personally what to improve on, thus working collaboratively and making a more effective system. Finally, I would be a good candidate for HR as I would host many trainings. This is beneficial and essential due to the fact that more trainings will help officers learn even more. I would like to thank you for helping me as an Officer, and making me a better person. And I promise that I will follow the rules and host 2 times/week. I wanted to run for HR and attend in the MR training because I want to make DPD happy with training them, filming videos together with DPD Officers to my YouTube channel. So that could be DPD Memories. That would be really fun. Iam also former DPD (HR) Superintendnet. So I would know my knowledge and I know how to handle that rank.

Iam excited to work together with DPD:HR's, and to make DPD officers happy and less abusers in our wonderful police department! And also, share all of my experience with all of the Docklands Police Department members. I like to teach, and also learn stuff.
