Make private groups public when the last member leaves them

There are plenty of private groups, with absolutely no one in them, that many people could use if they were opened up. I think that so half the groups on roblox aren't permanently doomed to inactivity that after the last member of a group leaves it, it should be turned into a public group, so someone new can claim it Age-appropriate fun for the whole family siggy™

Doing it systematically wouldn't. Start with the ones that begin with A. Then do B. Then C. And keep going, then make them all at once.
