These rules are to be followed by evevery Servant of Cohorte Urbanae.
As Cohorte Urbanae has the abillity to criminalize, detain and cuff every tresspasser of the Roman law.

1. handcuffs shall only be used on command of a high rank, or to detain an individual from the citizens of Rome if he did tresspass the law.
2. Praefectus Castorum+ can only enable AOS, no other individual or group can. (Including Magister Equitium, and of course, The Emperor can put someone on the AOS Arrest On Sight, list)
3. If a senator+ has been found guilty of illegal actions only the Emperor can decide weither he's guilty or not, we The Cohorte Urbanae are here to ensure safety of the individual, and are here to gather evidence against him, or if he's lucky for him.
4. Any Personnell of Cohorte Urbanae shall take the Oath of preserving and enforcing the Roman Law, and shall not tresspass it. This is called The Oath of the Enforcers.
5. Any high ranks who have been suspected of tresspassing the law must been found guilty by a judge, to recieve their punishment.
6. You reply with Terms to a hi#her rank.
7. You shall have respect and listen to a su#e########k.
8. You shall have respect for all Roman citizens legionaries or anything, disrespecting results in punishment.
9. When, a prisoner is in the cell, the cell must allways be gaurded by Cohorte Urbanae.
10. You may not speak while gaurding the cell, unless asking a question or be asked to talk.
11. Using your position to gain money from criminals, so you don't arrest him is stated as corruption, and shall not be unpunished.

I (name) shall promise to enforce and preserve the law of Imperium Romanum Territory, therefor I shall aggree with the terms of The Rules and Regulations of The Cohorte Urbanae of Imperium Romanum, and shall never, but ever, tresspass or let any other individuals tresspass, The Law of Imperium Romanum.

1. Punish-out, The individual has been found guilty of disrespecting and shall be doing 100 Jumping Jacks and 10 laps around the Castrum
2. Temporary out of function, The individual has been found guilty of distrusting, or refusing orders of any high rank, he shall be put temporary out of function and may not be able to do anything his function would do for a certain amount of time.
3. Permanent out of function, AKA Exile, The individual has been found guilty of breaking the Oath or being corrupt, he shall be exiled from Cohorte Urbanae.
4. Criminalized exile, The individual has not only broke the Oath by getting this punishment, he also has tresspassed the law of Imperium Romanum, and therefor he shall be criminalized too.
Special Punishments
1. Cooldown, The individual has done something incredibly stupid, such as mistaking a civilian, for a criminal, he shall be cuffed and thrown from the bridge, wait for 30seconds and he shall be cuffed again and again thrown from the bridge, this shall happen 5 times, then he can resume his job.
2. Corner of Shame, again the individual has done something incredibly stupid, and so he shall be put in a corner like a little child, while citizens can laugh about him or insult him for his stupid actions.
3. Repeat treatment, The individual has done something incredibly stupid, and so he must for a certain amount of time (Max 15 minutes.) stand near the fountain and repeat "IM INCREDIBLY STUPIS AVE ROMA" Of course in terms, once he doesn't do this he can recieve a no#mal punishment if he likes.
