Only a lord+, NW officials, KG officials or CW officials may give the sentence and they must have reasonable cause. The accuser must PM me or one of ## officials so that we may know to PM the criminal their punishment and information. Once they are sent to the wall they will be teleported to the wall. They must also be active 2 times a week or more in the Night's Watch. They will also be put under the criminal rank which only the master of laws, The king , The Hand, or I can remove them from. Wandering Crow Policy: Wandering Crows may skip trainings and other events to recruit at Kings Landing and bring new members to Castle Black. If caught Rking constantly at Kings Landing, their position will be removed. Retiring Policy: A Night's Watchmen may be allowed to leave the Night's Watch to another house if they have served a long enough time at The Night’s Watch. They however must consult with me to see if I accept. Once they do this though they may not come back unless as a criminal. They may also be pardoned by the ruling King, with the acceptance of the Lord Commander as well. War Policy: The Night's Watch won't ever get involved in house feuds if those houses have the right to do so.
