This is how the Elections Will work! You will REPLY TO THIS FORM YOUR Application and Resume to Persuade the voters. (ANYONE CAN VOTE ACCOUNT AGE MUST BE 30 DAYS OLD) Not a lot of people can compete. Anyone can make their resume though only a few will be chosen then their resume's will be reviewed and voted on. Here is the Final Amount of People that can pass Board Of Directors = 3 Members ( 2 will pass) Executives - 2-3 Members ( 2-3 Members will Pass) Executive Manager - 1 Member ( 1 Will Pass ) President - 1 Member ( 1 Will Pass ) Vice Chairman - 1 MAY PASS ( Not 100% sure they will ) You Can Run For every Rank But that means you have to make a different Resume for each one! Make sure you list the rank you're applying for-- ELECTIONS 2/12/17 Note- If you're the only one running alone there is always a chance you may not reach the Voters Expectations HERE ARE THE VOTERS SAY IN THIS The Normal Voters Can Vote for anyone but 1 vote = 1 vote 2 votes = 2 votes For the HR Voters Their Votes are 1 vote = 3 votes, 2 votes = 5 votes (HR'S WILL TRY NOT TO BE BIAS) Chairman Vote = 4 Votes EXAMPLE OF Resume Hello, My name is FlauntlessFangs, And I'm Running for Vice Chairman in Wipers Time! Greetings, everyone. I am therealabdikarin and I am choosing to run for President of The Wipers Times. I think that I would do well in the position of President of TWT because I have a good amount of experience with the genre, I know what is going on, and I know what should be focused on. I have been in the group for quite some time and know the functions, but I would like to be a part of it too. I would like to improve everyone's reading experience, and let them know what is going on with the genre at this very moment. I do support the idea of freedom of speech in TWT, and I think that no matter what, voices shall be heard. Greetings, I'm Saugiss, a journalist in TWT. Im runing for Vice Chairman position. I think I am worthy the posistion of Vice Chairman. I have experience on group managment. I must say that I'm very creative and active. In my personal opinion, we need more people in all ranks, not just journalist. If i get elected I will focus on this. It's quite obvious that people only think of TWT as a newspaper, but it also has live twicht, who #### ###### latest news, which is inactive due to a very little people want reporter's job. I'm willing to improve and spend more time on TWT, if i get elected.
