I have seen some problems that have been happening lately within the USA, like people being Director of multiple agencies or Secretaries of multiple agencies. This is a problem that needs to be fixed because people that are HR of 2+ agencies or departments dont have time to manage them all, meaning that they wont have time at all to concentrate on the other agency/department.If you vote for me I will help fix this problem.
