UCR did a lot in the beginning but I feel like it evens out to #6 because they didn't really influence a lot after.

if anything you can replace RAT with UCR but VS did a lot, just look back to the Recruitment Center and the old forts, it brought tons of people into the community just though, UCR didn't do a ton after, it was super relevant in the early 2010s yeah but it wasn't changing stuff like other groups were
