It takes more than a few seconds to read all the rights before detaining a person. If the rights were required to be read under all circumstances, then it would be almost impossible to detain a criminal that is armed and is using that weapon that they are armed with to fire at the person arresting them. When somebody is shooting another person just for the purpose of shooting them, they are not attempting to murder them, but the law enforcement officer doesn't know that. They could arrest the person who shot the other person saying that they attempted to murder that person, but in reality, they didn't. Due to the law that prevents false arrest, the person arrested could sue the law enforcement officer for this. This obviously creates a huge problem. This should be tabled. One could also be walking on the road when a car passes by and the person ends up walking in one of the car's seats. There can also be a lot of confusion about who owns which car. This will cause chaos. I think it should be tabled until major changes have been made to it. --------------------------------- Though there are many disadvantages to this way of voting on legislation, even after all my efforts, the required amount of house members never showed up to the sessions that I planned multiple days ahead of time.
