Welcome, C&Gers and War Clans of Roblox affiliates I am today announcing the transition of leadership from myself to Exalted_warsaw. The purpose of this transition is to move the directorship to exalted and allow him to lead it as needed, I have worked with him before for months and fully trust that he will keep the group stabilized and further improve its ability to be useful.
For members of WCoR I would like you to contact him so he can start a form of communication with you. If you have any questions or concerns for him or me you can pm, or dm it on discord, or you can ask below.
You can contact exalted_warsaw here: Steam: Exalted Warsaw; Discord: Exalted_Warsaw#0887
Me; Steam: dradventure ; Discord: steamsport#5256 |

I dont see WCoR thriving under him but thats just me.
I figured it was going to be a lost cause, hence why no one ever put their chips into it knowing it was going to flop. |

I don't think WCoR went much of anywhere and I think an ownership change will be the final blow.

It's just not high profile to you.
It's gone plenty further than any other group like it.
Warsaw running it will make it go further depending on his staff, people put their chips in plenty with it. Especially when we run events. |

Agreed. Steam had some influence however minor it was, to keep its name around like a virus popup. But Exalted doesnt have the connections or the actual resolve to make it into something larger.
No offense to him, but if a project like this were to ever go under way, it needs the right people and resources backing it up. |

An ownership change can either destroy a group or save it, and in this case it's the latter. Typically when a group is destroyed by a leadership change it's abrupt and sporadic, but in this case it was decided by one person, the person already in charge, how it should be.
People are often afraid of change, even if it will bring about good simply because they believe what's already established is safer and risk-free. There's a difference between safe and stagnant, and in this case a leadership change is necessary.
Additionally, elijah is perfect for leadership, and it's being passed on to him in the best way. You're wrong in saying this will be the final blow, WCoR is fine.

I don't play Roblox. Despite this, I am here because of a notification from Roblox+. All I can say is that the best option for WCoR is under the leadership of an illustrious individual. Wisdom is immaterial in this matter. Just someone who seems intelligent is what you need. Even if the individual takes minimal action, clans will join as long as the group is under the hands of someone who is well renown. I'd look for an individual with a reputation similar to the following: Seviro, Dystratala, Liss, Rodger, UAF's old leaders, etc.

Well what has WCoR actually accomplished though? Your heart was certainly in the right place and I believe you put in effort, but what was the result?

WCoR wasnt taken seriously when Steam owned it, and it will remain that way when exalted owns it. |

Johann, a leader needs both intelligence and connections. While the latter is more important in my opinion if you can only choose once, choosing one isn't necessary in elijah's case, he has both. He has the skill set required for running WCoR and this is recognized among the staff and people are readily willing to follow him. Nobody's resigning because of the leadership change, nobody else is selfishly scrambling to become the leader, and most of all the transition is peaceful and smooth.
In summary, positive changes are being made and people are supporting him for them.

MrZelo's statements are very biased |

Yes ## opinions are biased, ## this is # sub forum where people come to discuss topics. Kiroll seems to have forgotten that. |

Well if I'm being honest, WCoR has accomplished nothing notable. What it has done is very important, however:
It has showed that c&g can be cooperated with and can work as a community if projects are managed well. The only problem is that there's always been some setback. For example, in the Ro-War there was VAK joining and in Retro Week the core clans has dysfunctional forts (FEAR's guns didn't work and NFC's fort wasn't FilteringEnabled).
These are minor mistakes that can easily be fixed. There's no such thing as a failure unless you don't learn from it. The fact that it's shown that collaboration is feasible and doesn't take too much effort means that eventually the methods of achieving it will be refined.

Well yea and he pointed out lots of clans *acknowledged* WCoR and sure they have a lot of groups on their allies tab but I can't name anything off the top of my head that happened.
I don't think the project had clear goals.

RO-Verse has clear goals.
WCoR is that little brother that wants to feel like hes doing his part so we give him something simple to do to acknowledge him but not make him feel useless. |
|
|
You're confusing acknowledgement with actual potential and distorting the definitions to serve your argument. I feel like you haven't actually thought out your ideas and given your previous statement about this being a subforum hub of bias, you're essentially admitting that your argument is affected by bias and it raises a few questions about how serious you are about your opinion if you're willing to undermine it so easily.

The goal was to connect the community together.
Which was succeeded, for the most part
Ro-verse is a massive dev project but it requires a lot out of the players. o |

I'll be making a statement on the future shortly. |

Let's make Roblox groups fun again! |
|

Well this shall be interesting to see...
Remains to seen if it will be a good or a bad thing.
