BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF WILSON CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Perjury, Framing, and Fabrication of evidence shall be declared unlawful.
SECTION 2: Framing shall be defined as setting up events in such a way it makes an innocent person look like they did something they did not.
SECTION 2A: Fabricating of evidence shall be defined as editing or changing evidence in such a way it frames someone innocent.
SECTION 2B: Perjury shall be defined as the act of knowingly speaking a lie in the court of law, when you are under oath.
SECTION 2C: Being under oath shall be defined as the time period following someone being sworn in.
SECTION 2D: Being sworn in shall be defined as the prosecution and defense being asked the following before court being in session:
If they are religious:
“Do you, (person), solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, So help you god?”
If they are non - religious:
Do you, (person), swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, or be held in contempt of court?"
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Wilson Judicial Branch, the Wilson Department of Justice, and all Wilson Citizens.
SECTION 4: Any legislation that conflicts with this bill shall hereby declared null and void.
SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
